Before your parcel is out for delivery, our team or courier partner will make a confirmation call one day before delivery to ensure that someone is available to receive the package.
Step 5: Order Delivery
Our courier partner delivers your order safely to your address within the estimated timeframe. You can track your order anytime using the tracking number shared via SMS or email.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
If you’re not available to receive your order, our courier will make two attempts to deliver your parcel. After two failed attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and our support team will contact you for re-shipment or further assistance.
