Non-Exchangeable Items
Please note that exchanges are not applicable in the following cases:

- Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition.

Step 5: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will arrange a replacement product or exchange item, subject to stock availability.
Return Shipping
The return shipping cost for exchange requests must be paid by the customer unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If the mistake was on our side, we will cover all applicable shipping costs.

- We do not offer cash refunds or payment refunds under this policy.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Please pack the product securely before sending it back.
