Non-Refundable Items

Please note that refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

Refund Process – Step by Step

Return Shipping

  • The return shipping cost must be paid by the customer, unless the product you received was defective or incorrect.
  • If the mistake was on our side, we’ll cover all shipping costs.

Refund Time

Once we receive your returned item and it passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
The time may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.
