  • Lahore: 2 to 3 business days
  • Other cities in Pakistan: 4 to 6 business days
    Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location or courier service.

We understand the need for privacy and discretion when shopping for undergarments.
That’s why all orders are packed in plain, unmarked packaging — so your purchase stays completely confidential.

6. How can I place an order?

You can easily place an order by selecting your product, choosing your size and color, and clicking “Add to Cart”.
Then, proceed to checkout, enter your delivery details, and confirm your order.
You’ll receive a confirmation message once your order is placed.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
We’re also working to introduce online payment options very soon for added convenience.

8. What is your refund or exchange policy?

We offer a 2-day refund policy after delivery.
To qualify, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, used or worn undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, contact us within 2 days of delivery, and our team will assist you right away.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
